EMPLOYEE RETENTION services are designed to reduce talent loss. We partner with client companies to administer PERCEPTION SURVEYS. Our surveys are filled out anonymously by employees, which improves feedback accuracy. Baseline survey is followed up in six months with a comparator survey to measure improvement. Annual CHECK-UP survey is administered thereafter.
